Controller and scope

Ferova is the controller of the processing carried out from ferova.com.co. This policy covers the Fera advisor, the newsletter subscription and contact requests. You can reach us through the channels available on the contact page.

Information we collect

We collect only the data you choose to share: name, email or phone, a description of your need, the answers given in the conversation, and your authorisation. We also record the site and the page of origin so requests are correctly separated within Ferova's shared infrastructure.

What we use the data for

We use this information to answer requests, prepare the next commercial step, spare you from repeating context, and send the newsletter when you ask for it. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to send you communications other than those you authorised.

Use of artificial intelligence

Fera uses an artificial intelligence provider to generate its answers. We apply minimisation controls and automatic masking of identifiable data before querying the model. Even so, do not share passwords, credentials, identity documents, banking data or confidential information. A person reviews any scope, price or availability: Fera's answer is not a final offer.

Usage measurement

We use Google Analytics to understand page usage in aggregate and improve the experience. This measurement may process technical data such as device type, approximate location information, pages visited and navigation events. See also our cookie policy for the identifier used and the options available in your browser.

Storage, access and retention

Requests are stored in Ferova's data infrastructure with their origin identified. Visitors can create a request but cannot read stored requests. Administrative access is limited by role. We keep the information only for as long as needed to serve the authorised purpose and to meet applicable obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can request access, updates, corrections or deletion of your data, ask how it has been used, and withdraw your authorisation for communications. Every newsletter lets you unsubscribe; you can also write through the contact channels. If you withdraw your authorisation, we will stop using the data for that purpose unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when the purposes, providers or capture channels change. The date published at the top identifies the version in force.

This text is an initial structure pending legal review. It does not replace the final document, which will be published before any data processing is enabled.
